1. Who these terms are between
In this document, “Deep Spa”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the massage and wellness centre operating at the Saki Naka address above. “You” means anyone who browses this website, contacts us by phone or WhatsApp, or visits us for a session. By doing any of those things you accept the terms set out here.
2. What we provide
Deep Spa provides professional relaxation and wellness therapies only — including Swedish, deep tissue, aroma, Thai, hot stone, Balinese and reflexology massage, body scrubs and jacuzzi use. No other service is offered, implied or available at our premises, and any request outside this scope will be politely declined and the session ended.
3. Bookings, walk-ins and timing
- Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp on +91 93241 71736. Walk-in guests are accommodated whenever a cabin is free.
- A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it by call or message. Slots are held for a reasonable grace period after the agreed time.
- If you arrive late, the remaining session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed, and the full price still applies.
- We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The last booking of the day must end before closing time.
4. Prices, offers and payment
- Current prices are displayed at our reception and confirmed on call. Rates may change without prior notice on this website.
- The flat 20% discount referred to on this site applies to therapies on our standard menu, is available for a limited period, and cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher or package rate.
- Payment is made at the centre after your session, by the payment methods available at the counter on that day.
- Taxes, where applicable, are charged as per prevailing law.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please inform us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another guest. We do not currently charge a cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before holding future slots.
6. Your health and safety
- Tell your therapist before the session about any injury, recent surgery, skin condition, allergy, pregnancy or medical condition, and about any medication you are taking.
- Massage is not suitable in some medical situations. If you are unsure, consult a qualified doctor before booking.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants will not be given a session.
- Entry may be restricted for minors except when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
7. Conduct at the centre
Our therapists are trained professionals and must be treated with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or language towards our staff will result in the session being stopped immediately, the full amount remaining payable, and the guest being refused service in future. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.
8. Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you or use the storage available in your cabin. Deep Spa does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to money, phones, jewellery or other personal items brought onto the premises.
9. This website
- All text, photographs, graphics and layout on this website belong to Deep Spa and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission.
- The photographs shown are of our own premises. Minor differences in lighting, decor or layout may exist as the centre is maintained and updated.
- We try to keep information accurate and current, but service availability, timings and prices may change.
- Links to third-party sites such as Google Maps are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deep Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from services received, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
