1. Nature of our services
Deep Spa provides professional relaxation and wellness massage therapies only. We do not offer, advertise or imply any service beyond those listed on this website. Any enquiry or request of a different nature will be refused, and the visit will be ended.
2. Not medical advice
Everything on this site is written for general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor or physiotherapist. Massage is not appropriate in every situation — for example with certain injuries, skin conditions, cardiovascular conditions or during pregnancy. If you have any doubt about whether a therapy suits you, speak to a medical professional before booking, and always tell your therapist about your condition before the session begins.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Descriptions of benefits such as relief from stiffness, better circulation or improved sleep reflect what guests commonly experience. They are not promises. How a body responds to massage varies from person to person, and no specific result is guaranteed.
4. Accuracy of information
We make a genuine effort to keep the details on this site current, but service availability, therapist availability, opening hours, prices and offers can change without this page being updated immediately. The information confirmed by our reception on call is the authoritative version. We accept no liability for any decision taken solely on the basis of content published here.
5. Offers
The flat 20% discount mentioned on this site is a limited-period promotion on our standard therapy menu. It may be modified or withdrawn at any time, cannot be clubbed with other discounts or packages, and is applied at our counter when you mention it.
6. Photographs
The photographs on this site were taken at our own premises at Dilkap Center, Saki Naka. Lighting, styling and camera angle can make a space look different from how it appears in person, and interiors are periodically refreshed, so minor variations are to be expected.
7. Reviews and ratings
The rating shown on this site is the aggregate star rating and review count published on our Google Business listing at the time this page was last updated. Those numbers are controlled by Google and change as new reviews are posted, so the live figure on Google is the accurate one. We do not write, edit or buy reviews.
8. External links
This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, our Google Business listing and WhatsApp. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Website availability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, technical faults or interrupted service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Deep Spa and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Copyright
