Deep Spa is a walk-in wellness centre, not an online business. We collect very little information, we collect it only so we can serve you properly, and we do not sell it to anyone. This page explains exactly what that means.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name and phone number when you call, message us on WhatsApp or make a booking at the counter.
- Booking details: the therapy you chose, the date and time of your visit, and any preference you mention such as therapist gender or pressure level.
- Health information you volunteer: injuries, allergies, pregnancy or medical conditions that you choose to tell your therapist so the session is safe for you.
- Basic technical data: when you open this website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested.
3. What this website does not do
This website has no contact form, no account sign-up, no newsletter and no payment gateway. We do not ask you to type personal details into any page here. All enquiries reach us through the phone and WhatsApp links provided.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising or profiling cookies of our own on this site. Third-party content embedded on the page — specifically the Google Maps location frame and the Google Fonts stylesheet — is loaded from Google's servers and may set its own cookies or record a request under Google's privacy terms, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would rather avoid that, most browsers let you block third-party cookies or open the map directly in the Google Maps app instead.
5. Why we use your information
- To confirm, reschedule or remind you about an appointment.
- To make your session safe and comfortable, including honouring health or therapist preferences.
- To answer questions you send us by call or WhatsApp.
- To keep basic records of bookings and billing as any business is required to.
6. WhatsApp messages
When you message us through the WhatsApp links on this site, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and encryption. We see your WhatsApp display name, number and the messages you send. We use them only to respond to your enquiry.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the therapist and reception staff handling your booking, and, where the law requires it, with a competent authority or court. We do not pass your number to marketing agencies or data brokers.
8. How long we keep it
Booking and contact records are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you and for meeting any legal or accounting requirement, after which they are deleted or destroyed. Health details you share verbally are used during your session and are not maintained as a permanent medical file.
9. Security
We apply reasonable practical safeguards — limited staff access, devices that stay with the business, and no unnecessary copies of your details. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Minors are admitted only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
11. Your choices
