1. Booking & Payment
Appointments should be booked in advance. Payments must be made as per the selected service, either in advance or at the time of service.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations should be made within the specified time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. Refunds are subject to management approval and service policies.
3. Service Limitations
All spa services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsuitable.
4. User Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Privacy
Client information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is kept secure and confidential.
6. Liability
Deep Luxury Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after the services. Clients are advised to inform staff of any medical conditions beforehand.
